Chopped Medjool Date Salad

  • 8 cups lightly packed mixed baby greens
  • ½ cup Natural Delights Medjool Dates, pitted and cut into 1/8ths (about 5 dates)
  • 1/4 cup crumbled feta, blue or goat cheese
  • 1/3 cup raspberry vinaigrette dressing
  • Freshly ground pepper to taste


  1. Place greens, dates and greens in a large bowl. Drizzle with dressing and toss to coat. Sprinkle with cheese and season with pepper. Toss again lightly.
