Ingredients

  • 6 oz. (3/4 cup) low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced and frozen
  • 8 Natural Delights Medjool Dates, pitted and chopped
  • 1/2 cup ice

Preparation

Plan ahead – you’ll need a frozen banana for this recipe.

  1. Place ingredients into blender and purée until smooth.
