1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 frozen bananas, sliced
1 cup fresh spinach
1/2 cup blueberries
2 Natural Delights Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
¼ cup cashews

Preparation

Preparation

Blend all ingredients together and pour into cups.
Serve immediately.
Note: Be sure to chop the dates into small enough pieces that your blender purees them.
