Medjool Date Shake

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup fresh Natural Delights Medjool Dates (pitted and cubed)
  • 1 1/4 cup fresh milk
  • 1 pint favorite ice cream or frozen yogurt

Preparation

  1. Put Natural Delights Medjool Dates and 1/2 the milk in blender on high speed. Blend until smooth.
  2. Add remaining milk and ice cream. Blend at low speed to keep thicker consistency until mixed.
  3. Serve immediately in chilled glasses.
