Medjool date, Strawberry & Beet Superfood Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup sliced beets (fresh or frozen)
  • 1 cup dark leafy greens like spinach or kale
  • 3  Medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup Coconut Water
  • 2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
  • 1 scoop Protein Powder

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together for 60 seconds in a high-powered blender. 
  2. Enjoy in a glass or bowl! Add toppings if you'd like!
