Ingredients
2 cups frozen strawberries
1/2 cup sliced beets (fresh or frozen)
1 cup dark leafy greens like spinach or kale
3 Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup Coconut Water
2 Tbsp. Chia Seeds
1 scoop Protein Powder
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together for 60 seconds in a high-powered blender.
Enjoy in a glass or bowl! Add toppings if you'd like!
