Air Fryer Brie Stuffed Dates

Air Fryer Brie-Stuffed Dates are a quick and indulgent appetizer featuring Medjool dates filled with creamy Brie cheese. Ingredients

  • 12 Natural Delights® Whole Medjool Dates
  • 4 oz brie cheese cut into 12 small slices (about 1 tsp each)
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts
  • Honey for drizzling
  • Flakey sea salt for garnish
  • Chopped sage or thyme, for garnish
  • OPTIONAL: crushed red pepper flakes for garnish

Preparation

  1. Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  2. Split the dates and remove the pit.
  3. Stuff a slice of brie into each date then gently push a few chopped walnut pieces into the cheese.
  4. Cook in the air fryer in a single layer 3-4 minutes until the cheese is softened and gooey.
  5. Remove from the air fryer and lightly drizzle with honey.
  6. Sprinkle with flakey sea salt, chopped sage, and red pepper flakes, if using. Serve immediately.
