Sweet, crunchy, and oh-so-satisfying! Banana Sushi with Medjool dates -- your new favorite bite-sized treat!

Ingredients
- 1 large firm banana, peeled
- 9 Natural Delights Pitted Medjool dates (If your dates are in the fridge, we recommend letting them sit out at room temperature for 10 minutes before starting)
- 3 tablespoons creamy peanut butter or nut butter of your choice
- 1/4 cup toppings of your choice (sesame seeds, shredded coconut, or chopped nuts. Feel free to also use a mixture to fill up the 1/4 cup total)
- 1/3 cup (~2 ounces) melted dark chocolate
*While Medjool dates are high in natural sugars, they are low on the glycemic index thanks to a balanced amount of soluble fiber.
The complex carbohydrates found in Medjool dates are digested at a slower rate, making them a source of dietary fiber and releasing energy
to the body over a longer period of time.
