Ingredients

  • 2 Natural Delights Pitted Medjool Dates, soaked in warm water for 5 minutes
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup chilled coffee
  • ½ cup vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons almond butter

Preparation

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend for about 30 seconds. Pour into your favorite glass or to-go cup and enjoy!

*While Medjool dates are high in natural sugars, they are low on the glycemic index thanks to a balanced amount of soluble fiber. The complex carbohydrates found in Medjool dates are digested at a slower rate, making them a source of dietary fiber and releasing energy to the body over a longer period of time.
