Ingredients
- 1 ½ L Water
- 1 ½ Cup White Rice
- 2-3 Cinnamon Sticks
- 1 large Can of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 1 Cup Milk
- 6-7 Pitted Natural Delights Medjool Dates (soaked in hot water and drained)
- 1 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp. Ground Cinnamon
