- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut oil - melted and slightly cooled
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2/3 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- For the date caramel
- 1 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
- 1 cup Natural Delights Organic Medjool Dates - pitted and roughly chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon of salt
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate - chopped
