Ingredients
- 1 cup Natural Delights Pitted Medjool Dates (about 15-20)
- 1 cup pistachio butter
- ¼ cup finely chopped pistachios
- ½ cup shredded phyllo dough (kataifi), lightly toasted
- 4 oz (about ½ cup) dark chocolate, roughly chopped
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
- Pinch of flaky sea salt
