Medjool Date Protein-Packed Trail Mix

Ingredients

  • 5 Medjool dates - pitted and roughly chopped
  • 1 cup multi grain cheerios
  • 1 cup popped popcorn
  • 1/4 cup lightly salted almonds
  • 1/4 cup lightly salted cashews
  • 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup yogurt covered pretzels or yogurt chips

Preparation

So easy your kids can make this before school. Using a large bowl, your kids can measure the ingredients and gently mix together, done! Fill individual snack containers and your kids will have a protein packed after school snack!
