- 6 Pitted Natural Delights® Medjool Dates
- 1 Cup Hot Water
- 2 T. Toasted Sesame Oil
- 1/2 Cup Mild Rice Vinegar
- 1/2 Cup Orange Juice
- 1/2 Cup Unsweetened Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp Sea Salt
- Salad:
- 9 Natural Delights® Medjool dates, pitted and chopped
- 2 Bunches Tuscan Kale, Rinsed, Dried and Roughly Chopped
- 6 Radishes, Thinly Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Chopped, Salted Peanuts
- 2 T. Toasted Sesame Seeds
- 1 Cup Cooked Farro
- 1 Cup Edamame Beans
- 1/2 Small Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
