Ingredients

  • 6 Natural Delights® Medjool dates pitted
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter

Preparation

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender or blender cup and blend really well! Serve immediately and enjoy!
