Ingredients

  • 1 cup Cacao Pecan Mini Medjools
  • 1 cup marshmallows
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • ½ cup coconut oil, melted
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • Pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Divide marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate chips in half.
  2. Combine Cacao Pecan Mini Medjools, melted coconut oil, and maple syrup in a food processor. Blend until smooth.
  3. Fold in half of the marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate chips.
  4. Press mixture into a lined 8x8 inch baking dish.
  5. Melt ½ cup chocolate chips and spread evenly over the fudge base.
  6. Top with remaining marshmallows, graham cracker crumbs, and chocolate chips.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until firm.
  8. Cut into squares and enjoy!
