Chocolate Halva
Pit the dates and stuff them with the halva piece, then dip one end in chocolate, topped by a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Sauté shredded phyllo dough in butter until crisp. Add pistachio cream to this and stir. Stuff the dates with the filling and drizzle with the chocolate and top with crushed pistachios.
