- 1 cup Monk Fruit Sugar
- 2 tsp. Vanilla Extract
- 1 cup Gluten Free Flour

- ¼ cup Flax/Plant Milk Alternative
- 1 cup Chopped Medjool Dates
- ½ cup Chocolate Chunks
