- 1/2 cup (130g) runny tahini*

- 2 tbsp orange zest
- 2 1/2 cups (300g) gluten-free flour
- 1/4 cup (30g) coconut flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- Optional: 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 1/2 cups (140g) fresh cranberries

- 2–3 tbsp orange juice
