This recipe uses a homemade BBQ sauce made with Medjool date paste & Medjool date syrup. The chicken is then seasoned, marinated, and grilled to perfection. You will get tanginess, sweetness, umami, and more out of this recipe. Our secret? Grill your marinated chicken to doneness, and THEN finish off with a quick sear of barbecue sauce.
